Shipping Policy
Each Dylann Wolfe piece begins its journey from our studio in San Diego, California or Boulder, Colorado. Every order is handled with care, carefully packaged, and fully insured from our hands to yours.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship anywhere within the United States. All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage during transit.
- Standard Shipping (USPS): Available for all domestic orders. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has shipped.
- Expedited Shipping (UPS or FedEx): Overnight and 2-day options are available for an additional charge.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on your selected carrier and service.
All shipments valued over $100 USD will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
High-Value Shipments
High-value items will be shipped exclusively via UPS or FedEx Overnight or 2-Day delivery. Due to their value, these shipments must obtain a signature upon delivery.
Surf Gems and other smaller ready-to-ship items may be sent via USPS and do not require a signature.
Processing Time

In-Stock Pieces: Ship within 3 business days of order confirmation.

Made-to-Order Pieces: Many Dylann Wolfe pieces are made to order and will ship within 6–8 weeks. We will stay in touch with status updates throughout the process.
Please note that processing times do not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays and are subject to change.
International Orders
We are happy to accommodate international shipments upon request. Because customs duties, import taxes, and shipping regulations vary by country, international orders must be coordinated directly by emailing us at info@dylannwolfe.com prior to purchase.
Shipping Insurance and Responsibility
All Dylann Wolfe shipments are fully insured while in transit. Once the package is confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the item transfers to the recipient.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the carrier’s claim process.
